Flat fan nozzles distribute the liquid as a flat sheet - type spray. They produce a uniform distribution and high impact spray. Flat fan nozzles are available with both elliptical and even patterns.

A variation of the flat fan pattern is produced by a deflector nozzle. This nozzle produces a straight jet of liquid that impinges on a precision machined deflector surface. This design produces a uniform spray and impact distribution across the entire pattern width. The round orifice present in this flood type nozzle allows a larger free passage allowing for minimal clogging.

Quick release flat fan nozzles and self-aligning flat fan nozzles are also available.

Nozzle materials include:

• Brass, Stainless Steel, Hardened Stainless Steel, Tungsten Carbide, PVDF, Polypropylene and PVC.
