  • Start by determining the level of cleaning required: Rinsing / Cleaning / Sanatizing / Disinfecting / Sterilizing
  • What size is the vessel / tank required for cleaning (height + diameter etc) and what is the spray distance required for cleaning?
  • Evaluate your tank design to identify spray coverage, obstructions and inlet restrictions (i.e. internal baffle plates etc)
  • What is the material needing to be cleaned off?
  • Determine the duration of the cleaning cycle.
  • Do you have a preferred method of cleaning?
  • What flow and pressure do you have available to supply the cleaning process?
  • Do you require a full 360 degree clean or part clean? (i.e. 180 degree up or down)
