Spray Marking Systems

The Pilot Signier is a fully automatic spray marking gun designed with speed, precision and accuracy in mind.  The spray gun is engineered for high speed non-contact marking operations.  When mounted in a series the spray guns become a reliable system for either fault marking or marking codes/bar codes onto finished products for identification purposes.

Dependant on the spray set up; standard, recirculating, flushing or abrasive resistant options are available with nozzle sizes ranging from 0.3mm up to 1.5mm, there are many options for the spray mark coverage and thickness.
