Coating

When coating a paper product it is essential that a uniform distribution is achieved. The most effective spray nozzle to add a coating evenly is an air atomising type. Using an external mix design enables independent adjustment of liquid, atomising air and fan air pressures for fine tuning of flow rate, droplet size, spray distribution and coverage. Cleaning needles are activated within each spray nozzle when the flow is shut off, ensuring the orifice is cleaned and not blocked.
