Pasteurisation

Tunnel pasteurisers are used in beverage production in order to heat up the product to kill any potential pathogens and bacteria. This targeted heating is done by using full cone spray nozzles to apply an even coating of hot water onto the packaging.

These hollow cone and full cone nozzle can be supplied with easy maintenance quick release fittings and supplied as a first fill to machine builders complete with spray risers or as part of on-going spares supply to existing machine users.

These spray nozzles are available in different flows and angles allowing the spray to be distributed evenly and effectively over the full width of the conveyor belt.
