Leak Testing/Rain Simulation

Leak testing by simulating rain is one of the last stages of the car plant where spray nozzles are used. It is an essential part of quality assurance and therefore having efficient and reliable spray nozzles is essential.

Rain curtains are created by using flat fan nozzles mounted on spray risers. These nozzles can be supplied in quick release versions with adjustable holders, making nozzle changes (for maintenance and change in flow) quick and easy.
